Welcome! This is the fine print regarding the sessions and various offerings provided here. These Terms and Conditions of use help form a solid, grounded container for our work together, ensuring we are both on the same page and fully aware of mutual expectations.
By scheduling a session with Rebecca Howe, using this website, or engaging with any other services offered, you expressly agree to be bound by the following conditions:
1. Contractual Terms & Parties
This Agreement is mutually entered into by and between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and Rebecca Howe ("Company", "I", "me", or "my").
My Commitment to You
I promise to support you and your animals in creating grounded, healthy shifts in energy, perception, and spirit using the most ethical practices possible (the "Services").
What I Expect of You
By choosing to work with me, you agree that you are entirely responsible for your own well-being, choices, and actions, as well as the well-being, actions, and behavior of your animal(s) before, during, and after the Services. You agree to communicate your needs, boundaries, and concerns openly throughout our work.
Term + Termination
This Agreement begins the moment you schedule your first session or engage with my materials, and remains in effect until our work together is complete. Both you and I reserve the right to terminate the professional relationship at any time, for any reason.
2. Specifics of Services & Communication
I support you as an energy worker, tarot reader, animal communicator. The exact scope of these Services is outlined at www.rebeccahowe.com.
Communication: I love connecting with you! You can reach out via email, phone, or text. I do my best to respond within as soon as I am able to.
Availability: Please note that I am unavailable and not "on call" after hours or on holidays.
3. Confidentiality
The information you share during our time together is private, sacred, and treated with the utmost respect. I will not share your information, records, or session notes unless:
1. You provide explicit written permission.
2. I am strictly required to do so by a court of law.
4. Fees, Payments, and No-Refunds Policy Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or service. All fees are listed in USD on www.rebeccahowe.com I reserve the right to adjust my fees at any time without prior notice. Payment is securely processed.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
I maintain a strict no-refunds policy for all completed or booked sessions, classes, programs, and digital offerings.
1:1 Sessions: Once scheduled and paid, sales are final. However, you may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice using the online scheduling link in your confirmation email. Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals.
Company Cancellations: In the rare event that I must cancel a session or program for any reason with less than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.
5. Nature of the Experience & No Guarantees
The Energetic Experience
Energy work and intuitive perception can be deeply catalytic. For humans, normal responses may include physical shifts, emotional releases (such as crying or laughing), temporary exhaustion, or a sudden spike in intuitive awareness. Alternatively, some clients notice very subtle shifts. You are entirely responsible for your own integration and aftercare, including seeking external professional care if needed.
Animal Responses
Animals process energy work and communication uniquely. Your animal may sleep deeply, or conversely, become temporarily restless or agitated as energy moves. You retain full responsibility for managing your animal’s environment, safety, and behavior at all times.
No Guarantees
While I promise to bring my full skill, presence, and ethical dedication to our sessions, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The ultimate success of the healing and shifting process depends entirely on your own journey, openness, and integration.
6. Important Legal & Medical Disclaimers
You acknowledge that I am not a licensed medical doctor, veterinarian, psychotherapist, or mental health counselor.
My services (including energy work, animal communication, and tarot readings) are alternative, complementary, and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or veterinary diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.
I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions (for humans or animals).
I do not prescribe medications or perform medical intuitive diagnoses.
Always consult a licensed physician or veterinarian for medical health concerns.
Limits of Services: I do not predict the future, tell fortunes, or dictate what choices you should make. My role is to empower you to find your own path.
7. Indemnity & Intellectual Property
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rebecca Howe from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of the performance of the Services or your reliance on the information provided on this website.
Intellectual Property
All content, text, imagery, and program materials on this website are original creations owned by Rebecca Howe and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.
8. Standard Legal Terms
Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between us and replaces any prior verbal or written understandings.
Waiver: If I waive a breach of any provision by you, it does not constitute a waiver of any future breaches.
Notice: Email or text messages satisfy the requirement for written notice.
Electronic Agreement: Acknowledging these terms online, checking an "I agree" box, or scheduling a session carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
